In Group-A, n=15; (Snuhi Kshar Lepa application) and In Group-B, n=15 (Arka Kshar Lepa application was done). Paired-T test was applied to see the efficacy of Snuhi Kshar and Arka Kshar. To compare both Kshar Un-Paired-T test was applied. The effect of therapy was assessed on the basis of relief in subjective and objective criteria. Result: In subjective parameters, such as Pain/Discomfort, itching and constipation, better result was observed in trial group-A where Snuhi Kshar Lepa was applied. Highly Significant result (p<0.05) was obtained in Pain/discomfort and itching. In group-A 6.67% had complete remission, marked improvement was obtained in 80% patients, and 13.33% patient got Moderate relief, while in Group-B, none of the patient got complete relief, marked improvement was found in 33.33% patients and 66.67% patients got Moderate relief.
