Abstract Single cell RNA-seq allows finding the cells identity by understanding cell type and state in time and space. The single cell data are very extensive and encode information about the unique properties of each cell. Processing of these data requires advanced bioinformatics tools in order to speed up analysis and get the maximum benefit.
