Abstract

Hyperpigmentation disorders are commonly used in dermatology condition. Botanical and natural ingredients have gained popularity as alternative depigmenting products. hyperpigmentation of the skin which change in colour of the skin and making that blur of the skin. The treatment for the hyperpigmentation disorder that often taken a very longer time to seen result and have bad patient obedience. The first line treatment for hyperpigmentation includes topical formulation of conventional medicine such as kojic acid, ginseng and licorice extract, glycolic acid followed by formulation of medicine such as melatonine, and cysteamine hydrochloride. hyperpigmentation is a term that involved in diffent skin discolouration, pigmentation and darkening relateddisorder. Various common observe in hyperpigmentation disorder include melasma post –inflammatory hyperpigmentation, disorder and many other melasma. hyperpigmentation mostly refer to “age spots” develop that spots darken or reddish to light brown spots its typically develop on the face, neck, and arm area. they develop during the childhood phase and more prevalent in lighter or fair skin. hyperpigmentation is no considera harmfulor lethal disorder however, it can affect the the quality of life of patients by affecting their emotional psychological disorder various treatment option are available for hyperpigmentation these are firstly applied by topical hyperpigmentation. The prolong treatment duration of action ranging from several months to years may lead tobad patient obedience and satisfaction. the challenge of effective therapy to treatment of hyperpigmentation.
