HETEROGENEOUS CATALYST MEDIATED ONE- POT MULTICOMPONENT SYNTHESIS OF SOME BIOACTIVEMOLECULES
R. Pushpendra*, P. Arun, P. Shailendra and S. Aditya
. Abstract The catalyst FACC was synthesised in bulk and calcined at various temperatures to observe how the calcinations influenced the catalyst's activity after it was discovered that it had the best catalytic activity of all those made. FACC at 424 degrees was found to be a more efficient catalyst than that calcined at 255 degrees for the one-pot synthesis of Dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-ones and offered outstanding yield. The catalyst was thus obtained was most active, characterised, and applied for different substrates. It is abundantly obvious that as the ammonia desorption value rises, so does the product's yield. Keywords: Bioactive molecules, Dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-one, spectral analysis, heterogeneous recyclable catalyst. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
