Mahaveer Bairwa*, Pramod Kumar Mishra, Brahmanand Sharma and Megha Kumawat
. Abstract Amavata is a condition brought on by the vata vitiation or aggravation linked to ama. Vata that is vitiated distributes Ama throughout the body via Dhamanis and seeks refuge in the Kapha Sthana (Amashaya, Sandhi, etc.) in order to produce symptoms like joint stiffness, oedema, etc. A persistent autoimmune, inflammatory, and systemic condition called Amavata mostly affects synovial joints. Painful sickness is caused by the Ama when it joins with vitiated Vata Dosha and occupies Sleshmasthana, or the joints. Amavata's clinical characteristics match those of rheumatoid arthritis. Due to changes in lifestyle, eating habits, and lack of physical activity, it is a widespread issue nowadays. The most prevalent debilitating and incapacitating condition in the world is this one. Bahudoshavastha will be present in Amavata, as Shodhana predicted in that circumstance. Keywords: Amavata, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Deepana, Pachana, Snehapana, Vamana Karma, Case Study.
