Abstract The Indian Knowledge System aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals through its emphasis on holistic health, environmental stewardship, and sustainable living principles found in practices like Ayurveda, Vastu shastra and traditional agriculture. IKS promotes well-being by focusing on balance in health, fosters environmental protection through harmonious living and resource management and contributes to sustainable communities by integrating ancient wisdom with modern science.
