TO INVESTIGATE THE CONDITIONAL STABILITY CONSTANT AND CONFIRMATION OF COMPLEX OF Cu (II), Co(II), Cd(II) AND Ni(II) WITH SUBSTITUTED THIOCARBAMIDOPHENOL SPECTROPHOTOMETRICALLY.
S. O. Mohod* and D. T. Tayade
Abstract The spectrophotometric methods have been widely used for determining the stability constant of metal complexes. Spectrophotometric investigation of 2-p-chloro thiocarbamidophenol (L3) with Cu(II), Co(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) metal ions presents 1:1 and 1:2 complex formation studied by Job’s variation method at 0.1 M ionic strength. Keywords: Substituted thiocarbamidophenols, stability constant, spectrophotometry. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
