Abstract

SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND BIOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF THIADIAZOLE DERIVATIVES

Abstract

A new series of novel analogues of 1, 3, 4- thiadiazole were synthesized. These analogues were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral analysis. The analogues were screened for anti-mycobacterial and antibacterial activities. The analogues exhibited significant to moderate antimycobacterial and antibacterial activities.
