ANALYSIS OF ANHYDRITE GYPSUM EFFECTS OF MINERAL AND MARINE ON QUALITY OF CEMENT

Abstract
Setting time of cement is an important factor for the consideration of its utilization. The quality of the cement is another important factor for its better utilization. The present study of the project deal with effect of different type of gypsum, purity of gypsum and percentage of usage of gypsum in Portland cement production which play a vital role in setting time of the cement. This study also carrier out study a setting time, strength of the cement defends upon the dosage of gypsum and type which we used. The types of gypsum which have taken for analysis are chemical, mineral and marine gypsum. The quality of gypsum used and the variety which we can prefer is determine based upon this study depending upon the test results.
