MIXED TWO VARIANT TYPES OF CRYOGLOBULINEMIA ASSOCIATED WITH BRUCELLOSIS HUMAN PATIENTS
Shnawa IMS and Jassim Y .A
Abstract Fifty proven human brucellosis patients and ten apparently normal subject(Control) were elected for detection cryoglobulin responses. The cryoglobulin responses in patient sera was in rate of 27:50 (54%) The onset for the appearance of cryoglobulin responses was started from one and lasted up to 7 days. The cryoglobulin is presents with concentration range of 18-45 mg/ml .It is precipit -able at 4C, dissolvable at either 37 or 45 c with dissolving time range between 1|2 to 2 .1\2hr . Then re precipitate at 4c . The cryoglobulin preparations were washed twice with cold normal saline and reconstituted at 37 c, then processed for immunofixation. Two variant types of mixed cryoglobulin responses noted as IgM –IgG-IgA, and IgM-IgG . C Chronic human brucellosis lead to secondary type III cryoglobulin which might interplay a role in its immunopathology . Keywords: Cryoprecipitate, cryoprotein ,cryoglobulin, Immunoglobulin ,M,G,A.
