The present study aimed preliminary to investigate comparative antimicrobial analysis of fenugreek leaves, stems, seeds of mature and immature plant, also dried plant (Kasoori methi) against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria using different solvents Acteone and Methanol. The antimicrobial activities were evaluated using agar well diffusion method. The result showed that methanolic extract was more effective than acetonic extract.
