HETEROGENEOUS CATALYST MEDIATED ONE- POT MULTICOMPONENT SYNTHESIS OF SOME BIOACTIVEMOLECULES

Abstract
FACC was found to have best catalytic activity among prepared
catalysts so this catalyst was prepared in bulk and calcined at different
temperatures to study the effect of calcinations on the activity of the
catalyst. Thus obtained catalyst was most active, characterized and
applied for different subdtrates, FACC at 425 temp was found to be
more effective catalyst than that calcined at 250 temp for the one pot
synthesis of Dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-ones and provided excellent
yield. It clearly indicates that as the ammonia desorption value
increases, the yield of the product also grows up.
