Abstract More total knee joint replacement (TKR) surgeries were recorded globally every year. But regular post operative physiotherapy and follow up reports were less recorded. This research were female at 52 years underwent TKR in 2012, develops pain and arthritic changes of contra lateral leg with increasing pain reducing her QOL.
