Abstract

In Ayurveda disease are classified in many ways. One of the classification is considered as srotas and their vyadhi. It is believed that dushti of a particular srotas will cause diseases related to it. This paper contains a collective information about Kaas vyadhi in details, while providing a brief note on cough types and their symptoms according to modern science. This article will be helpful for studying Kaas and will lead to Chikitsa Sutra for the same.
