A CLINICAL CASE STUDY- ROLE OF JATIPATRA KWATH GANDUSHA IN THE MANAGMENT OF MUKHAPAKA WITH SPECIAL REFERANCE TO STOMATITIS

Abstract Mukhapaka is a commonest disease of mukha found in India as well as all over the World. In this condition mukha is affected by paka process which is always associated with pitta dosha. On the basis of sign and symptoms as mentioned in Sushruta Samhita it can be correlated with stomatitis. According to Acharya Vagbhatta gandusha is one of the treatment of mukhapaka thus Jatipatra kwath gandusha is selected for present study. Aim: To study the role of Jatipatra kwath gandusha in the management of Mukhapaka w. s. r to stomatitis. Objective: To study the role of Jatipatra kwath gandusha to reduce the symptoms of mukhapaka w.s.r stomatitis. Materials and Methods- A single clinical trial of Jatipatra kwath gandusha for 15 days.
