We report a case of a digestive haemorrhagic complication from portal segmental hypertension secondary to chronic pancreatitis, discovered During an abdominal CT-scan. Our objective is to describe the Contribution of CT-scan in digestive hemorrhage by portal segmental hypertension secondary to chronic pancreatitis.
