Abstract

The point of this review is to concentrate on far reaching update of various diagnostic strategies for assurance of HMG CO-A reductase inhibitor and cholesterol assimilation inhibitor drugs like Pitavastatin and ezetimibe for diminishing blood cholesterol level in their bulk materials and in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The audit involves about expository techniques like RPHPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC/MS/MS, Spectrophotometric (UV) strategies taken from the writing. This paper gives point by point data of advancement and approval for Pitavastatin and ezetimibe in mass and in pharmaceutical arrangements either alone or in combination with different statins class of medications.
