Abstract
The purpose of the literature review is to summarize the information
available in modern domestic and foreign literature on
glomerulonephritis (GN) associated with viral infection in childhood.
Viral-associated glomerulonephritis is considered to be nephritis, in
which the etiological and/or pathogenetic role of viral infection is
established. The Association of glomerular lesions with viruses leads
to a torpid course of GN, the development of resistance to hormonal
and cytostatic therapy, and a worsening of the prognosis.
Keywords: Glomerulonephritis (GN), cytomegalovirus (CMV), Reinfection, immunosuppression, Cytotect, adenocarcinoma.
