Abstract

Ayurveda is a science of life and it provides solution to every problem that exist in the todays world. But that requires “Yukti” that is applying principles with different ideology or innovation. Addiction, Obesity and Addiction related obesity is one of the comments problem of youths worldwide. Padanshik krama is a scientific and systematic method for removing harmful habits and including beneficial habits in day to day life. In the current article, application of Padanshik Krama in Obesity and addiction has been discussed.
