Abstract

The main goal of PAT is to give successful tools like multivariate data analysis and acquisition tools, analytical chemistry or modern process analyzers, endpoint process monitoring, controlling tools and continuous improvement and knowledge improvement tools. Process Analytical Technologies in short PAT are used to give timely analysis of critical quality parameters with the end goal of improving quality of final product as well as reducing costs, hence significantly benefiting the Pharmaceutical Industry. In this review attempt has been carried out to the concept of PAT, goals of PAT, different tools of PAT, How it Works and Its benefits.
