Abstract
Formulation of Ketorolac tromethamine ophthalmic solution
containing different concentration of benzalkonium chloride in(F1-F3)
Disodium EDTA Sodium chloride, Octoxynol 40, Sodium hydroxide,
Water for injection are used in our preparation Hcl to adjust the pH in
quantity sufficient, ophthalmic solution is prepared by simple solution
method post formulation studies are performed Drop size, Bacterial
Endo toxin Test, Sterility Test and antimicrobial studies perfomed by
bacteria P.aeruginosa,S. aureus, E. coli, and Fungi (Yeast/ Mold):(C.
albicans, A.brasiliensisare used and stability study taken for 3months, The physical
appearance and the assay (% drug release)shows results as 100.5% for ketorolac
tromethamine and 99.8% for BKC.
