Abstract
In present era the population is growing with decrease in the immunity
power manifest into much diseases of respiratory system. It was
already aggravated by the pollution and family history of parents.
Children are more vulnerable to pollution than adult as lung
development not completed at the time of birth. Lung development
proceeds through proliferation of pulmonary alveoli and capillaries
until the age of two years thereafter lung grow through alveolar
expansion until the 5 to 8 year. Lung does not complete their growth
until full adult stature is achieved in adolescence. The age of 3 to 8
year is more sufferers from the respiratory disease. This is the crucial
time for the child learning activity and behavioural development. Generally the modern
system of medicine attains much advancement in medicine but incidence of disease and
morbidity till today not controlled. I have selected the children of age 3 to 10 year in my
research project to decrease the morbidity by using a rare technique of second step immunity
in children through Ayurveda.
