Dr. Rajveer Bhaskar, Dr. Ola Monika, Dr. Shailesh Chalikawar and Mr. Amol Suryawanshi*
Abstract The review focuses on recent analytical method development and validation by using HPLC High Performance Liquid Chromatography for Estimations of Pregabalin in pharmaceutical dosage forms. HPLC is analytical technique which is proficient to separate, detect and quantify various drugs and its related degradants. It is also employed to separate manufactured drugs from drug related impurities at the time of separation. Validation of HPLC Methods as per ICH guidelines, Accuracy, Precision, Reputability, Linearity, Detection of limit, Quantification of limit, Range, Specificity , System Suitability, Forced Degradation Study , Pregabalin is GABA analogue drug can use for Antiepileptic , Diabetic Peripheral neuropathy . It has been molecular weight is 159.2g/mol, Off White Power, BCS Class 1st Drug, Category Anticonvulsant, having Side Effect Dizziness, Vertigo, dry mouth, Constipation, and Blurred vision Keywords: HPLC, Method Development and Validation, Stability Study, Pregabalin.
