ESTIMATION OF BICTEGRAVIR IN BULK SAMPLES BY UV- VISIBLE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD

Abstract Simple, precise, economic, less time consuming UV-spectroscopic method for estimation of Bictegravir in bulk by UV spectroscopic method is developed. The absorption maximum was found to be 340 nm. The developed method was obeying Beer Lambert‟s law in the range of 5-25μg/ml concentration.
