Abstract

In the recent past, substituted pyrazoline derivatives have been extensively studied because of their synthetic feasibility, varied chemical behavior, diverse biological activities and different applications. The current review focuses on the methods of synthesis, spectroscopic characterization and biological activities of pyrazolines. This review mainly summarizes the antimicrobial and antiinflammatory potential of different synthetic pyrazolines.
