This is called as leshokta; as the topic is half explained. Elaboration of the topic by making use of all the available classical text is the decoding of the leshokta. Author has explained this mahakashay by all dimensions. This mahakashay includes the drugs which are beneficial for kantha(throat). All ten drugs in the mahakashay are mentioned here with their characteristics and the action of each drug separately. Along with that author has compiled all the information regarding the organ kantha similar to larynx; from the context of both Ayurveda and modern. It will be easy for all to understand about the topic from both perspectives.
