HEART DISORDER IN AYURVEDA

. Abstract Non communicable diseases (NCDs) are the biggest challenge to medical science and becoming more common. These disease entities are due to altered life style and diet. One of Hridroga or cardiovascular disorders are one among them with significant mortality. Although most of the cardiovascular disorders are multifactorial in origin. A healthy lifestyle can play a significant role in lowering its fatality. Certain causes like faulty and poor eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, mechanical lifestyle and stress factors are the major contributor’s in cardiovascular disorders. Latest medical research suggest that cardiovascular disorders are the world’s leading cause of mortality and responsible one out of every four deaths.
