Abstract

“I have schizophrenia I am not schizophrenia. I am not mental illness. My illness is a part of me” as quoted by Jonathan Harnisch. Though medications are an important part of the treatment but giving an alternative treatment can be helpful. Thus homoeopathy can be helpful in cases of schizophrenia as it treats the patient holistically in a gentle way taking the mind and body as a whole.
