. Abstract Objective: Amavata is a Chronic inflammatory joint disorder where small joints mainly involved associated with systemic involvement. It is one kind of very crippled joint disorder which detail described by Madhav Nidan Chapter 25. It is that type of joint disorder which can affect early adults and middle aged person and females are most commonly involved. The disease Rheumatoid Arthritis may be correlate with Amavata. Methods: Total 45 patients of Amavata were selected from OPD of I.P.G.A.E & R at S.V.S.P Hospital by considering inclusion & exclusion criteria. They were divided into 3 groups as per their treatment schedule where Shunthyadi Kwathe were given one group A patients, Brihat Saindhavadyam Taila Basti given to Group B patients and Group C patients were treated with combine therapy that Shunthyadi Kwathe Orally and Brihat Saindhyabadyam Taila Basti (Per Rectally).
