Abstract

UTI is the one of the common infections found in children that becomes a reason of concern for their parents. The most prevalent cause or organisms for infection are Escherichia coli followed by klebshella and proteus. UTI can be compared with Mutrakriccha in Ayurveda on the basis of similar clinical features. The present case study deals with the UTI in 15 yrs old female patient. The treatment was done with ayurvedic preparations: Çhandraprabha vati, Gokshuradi kwath & Syp. Neeri. Patient has got marked relief in symptoms. Her mother was happy and satisfied with the results she got after therapy.
