STUDY OF WEIDA DYEING OIL
*Tillaeva U. M., Tillaeva G. U. and Rakhmanova Z. A.
. Abstract Annotation: For a long time, Vaida dyeing has been studied and used in the world for various diseases. The article is devoted to the study of the oil obtained from the seeds of Vaida dye cultivated in Uzbekistan. The oil was obtained by ether extraction. The fatty acid composition was determined on an instrument by gas chromatography with the conversion of oil into methyl esters of fatty acids — on a GC model 8890 together with an MSD 5977 (Agilent, USA). To identify peaks in determining the composition of fatty acids, we used the NIST and Wiley mass spectral standards library. The composition of fatty acids of Waida oil is presented. 10 fatty acids have been identified, of which 22.02% are saturated, 77.98% are unsaturated fatty acids. These studies of fatty acid composition are used to obtain oils with medicinal properties for medicine and cosmetology. Keywords: Vaida dyeing, extraction, fatty acid methyl esters, fatty acid composition. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
