. Abstract The evaluation of the anti-pathogenic and antitumor health-supporting potential of metabolic-cellular postbiotics aimed at eliminating diseases in the human body was carried out. In the action of postbiotics, an important role is played by their polyfunctionality, consistency of action as part of the body's metabolic network, cofunctioning with glycoconjugates, cytokines and antibiotics. Postbiotics, together with probiotic lectins, complement components, protein hormones, function as major components of the body's superlectin system. This super system is important to take into account when designing preventive and therapeutic biological products with a combined effect. The main properties of the protective supersystem are formulated. The prospects of the described macro-components of the glycoconjugates recognizing and binding protection supersystem are noted. The body's glycoconjugate-recognizing system can be expanded to include other protein factors with established lectin properties. Taking into account the severity and consistency of various types of protective systems in the body is the way to develop new multifunctional drugs against groups of pathologies and diseases, maintaining the health of an individual and contingents of individuals.
