Abstract
Nanogels are a novel drug delivery technique that can help to identify
various flaws with traditional and modern therapeutic methods, such as
nonspecific effects and poor stability. Nanogels are strongly crosslinked
nano-sized hydrogels with dimensions ranging from 20 to
200nm. They can be given by a variety of ways, including oral,
pulmonary, nasal, parenteral, intra-ocular, and so on. They are classed
based on whether they respond to stimuli or not, as well as the type of
links found in the network chains of gel structure. Nanogels can be
used to treat can ophthalmic, stop bleeding, NSAIDS, autoimmunity
diseases, bone regeneration, vaccines, local anaesthetics, nasal, and
cancer therapy.
