Abstract
Feminine cycle is the normally happening purging interaction in each lady. The nature of feminine cycle mirrors the regenerative soundness of a female. In our ayurvedic texts, there are numerous Paricharyas (method of living) like Rajaswala, garbhini, sutika and so on portrayed by our acharyas to keep up with the soundness of a lady. The do's and don'ts depicted for Rajaswala stree is named as "Rajaswala paricharya" and is overlooked in the present period. The co-connection between the cutting edge physiology of bleeding stage and Rajaswala paricharya will stress the need to follow the Rajaswala paricharya.[1] The Rajaswala paricharya assists ladies with adapting up to the physiological and mental changes that happens in the body during this period. The groundwork of supraja or great offspring lies at the level of the beeja. Ayurveda lays extraordinary pressure upon Shuddha Beeja and Artava as a reason for supraja. The determination of the predominant follicle occurs on the fifth To seventh day of the cycle.[2] It is consequently glaring that the way of life followed by the bleeding lady will affect the nature of the creating follicle. Subsequently, the idea of Supraja Jananam[3] i.e solid offspring starts at the early degree of Rajaswala paricharya. Along these lines, in the current time, with the rising occurrence of feminine abnormalities, PCOD, fruitlessness and so forth, there is a pressing need to follow Rajaswala paricharya.
