Abstract

In today’s world of hustle bustle, where the day starts with running to work and ends with planning for the next day’s job, it is very obvious that the dusthti of ‘rasa dhatu’ occurs. As the same dhatu is the poshana for the next dhatu that is rasa for rakta, rakta for mamsa, mamsa for medas, medas for asthi, asthi for majja and majja for shukra and shukra forms the saara of all the dhatus, very important for garbha sthapana the primary need for proper nourishment and formation of rasa dhatu is important for conception. and hence, a case of infertility or vandhyatva can be managed with the simple correction of rasa dhatu, is the idea which is tried to correlate using literary text.
