ROLE OF KSHARVARTI AND NIMB TAILA IN THE MANAGEMENT OF STANAGATA NADI VRANA (BREAST SINUSES)- A SINGLE CASE REPORT STUDY

Abstract
Ksharkarma is best among all surgical and para surgical procedure due
to multifold action that are Chhedana (Excision), Bhedana(Incision),
lekhana(Scrapping) and tridosha Shamak. in Nadivrana sushruta had
clearly mentioned ksharvarti for delicate persons and delicate organ. in
this case report 36 year old female patient visited in OPD department
of Shalya tantra having complaint of multiple sinuses in left breast
with priking pain and muco-purulent discharge, since last 6 month
previously she was operated for antibioma in left breast and that after
suffers from multiple opening with discharge in the breast few days
after operation this sinuses were not healing in the spite of regular
dressing in private Clinic and during that time pulmonary tuberculosis
was diagnosed. so AKT was started and surgeon suggested for
mastectomy. but mentally patient was not ready for surgery so she consulted to Ayurveda
hospital.
