Abstract

The septate uterus is the most common uterine malformation, accounting for 30 to 50% of cases, followed by uterine malformations of the bicornuate uterus and unicorn uterus type. We report a case of total septate uterus on a triple scarred uterus objectified during the follow-up of the pregnancy, and confirmed during the exploration during a cesarean performed for the same reason. The interest of this case is to show the obstetrical prognosis in fertile women carrying this uterine malformation.
