Abstract
In Today’s world modern lifestyle causing many problems and
shortening human life basically every problem is small at starting but
with ignorance it get bigger and causes too much trouble in long term
for example if you have cough problem and you are not getting
treatment in short term than it can damage your lungs and even causes
Tuberculosis which is major problem in developing nations because
people in developing nations are too busy to give time on their health
rather than they are busy in earning money at any cost and ignore their
physical health but in ancient ayurvedic text we found that our Ancient
Scientist(Rishi’s,Muni’s) gave more important to our health and they
wrote that “Pehla sukh Nirogi Kaya, Dusra Sukh Ghar mei Maya”
which means Our first priority is healthy body and second priority
must be Money. But in modern lifestyle people forget these principles following money
blindly due to this there are many problems like Stress, Strain, Fatigue, High blood pressure,
Insomnia and Nervous system problems. These are few problems which are most common in
today’s world from prevention of these diseases yoga philosophy was given by Patanjali. In
this philosophy many forms and poses are given to get healthy body and live a healthy and
happy life. Shavasanais one of them poses.
