Abstract

Dietetics is the science of diet and nutrition. It is the branch of medical science concerned with the practical application of diet in relation to health and disease. The diet is prescribed for both the health of the individual as well as the diseased person. Diet for a healthy person depends on the nature of the person and for a diseased person it depends on the predominance of the disease. Along with Yoga, Ayurveda also has many specialized branches. But still no individual specific branch of dietetics received attention. Although Diagnosis of the disease begins with the Pachaka ahraj hiatus. treat Cause (reason) is done on the principle of first advice to the patient Diagnosis Parivarjan with its upshaya- unnecessary effect. Acharyas Explained and Trayopastambham and Ahara is the first life assistant Pillar for energy. it's time to get out of trouble Neurological metabolic disorders. The concept of diet is explained in detail In all Ayurvedic literature. The robot era is facing the lifestyle Disorders resulting from apathya nimittaja diet (impure things) That is, wrong eating habits. Understand the dietary system. Healthy and nutritious diet is always advised to prevent the suffering of diseases as it is well known that "prevention is better than cure".
