ROLE OF SUPPRESSION OF NATURAL URGES IN HORMONAL DISTURBANCE

. Abstract Human body is the most developed and modern framework which has its own purificatory component to wipe out the harmful material substances created inside it, in this way keeping up with homeostasis. The Vegas (regular desires) depicted in Ayurveda is a great illustration of this. According to Ayurveda, Concealment of these Vegas (normal inclinations) is considered as one of the fundamental driver of practically every one of the diseases. Presently a-days because of occupied life and substantial responsibility, individuals frequently stifle the nature's call. This disturbs the homeostasis of body by disturbing hormonal regulation of body. This article aims to review the available literatures suggesting relation between vega dharana of adharniya vegas and hormonal disturbance.
