. Abstract In Spectro photometric titration indicator are used to show the colour changes and absorbance at the end point. Objective: This study is designed to investigate mainly which form of Beta vulgaris can be use as natural indicator. Method: By soxhlation process methanolic extract were prepared and use as indicator. The crude fresh juice is collected from Beta vulgaris, used as indicator in Spectro photometric titration. After few days of collecting crude juice also used as a natural indicator in Spectrophotometric titration. Result: Only the fresh crude juice of Beta vulgaris shows the sharp colour changes at the end point of titration. Conclusion: The proposed of Beta vulgaris as natural indicator only the fresh crude juice can be used as a substitute to synthetic indicator. Keywords: Beta vulgaris, soxhlation process, fresh crude juice. [Full Text Article] [Download Certificate] |
