Abstract

Ayurveda is a life science which deals with way of living and guides different regimen to stay healthy like daily regimen, seasonal regimen. In recent era, the quality of life is very much affected due to several diseases. These illness are negatively affecting people's health with or without symptoms. Lifestyle behaviors are the main cause of such diseases or lack of knowledge of dietary behaviors. Diseases like Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension and also seasonal illness like acidity, skin diseases are the result of lifestyle ignorance. These diseases may be acute or chronic and can lead to poor quality of life. Different seasons has different effect on human body. If one acts in sync with season that can harm our body even if the diet is healthy. In monsoon due to weak digestive fire, heavy foods and packed food containing added sugars, salts and saturated fats leads to digestive issues. It is important to know what is right for your body and what is not. Ritucharya (seasonal regimen) is way of living in each season with lifestyle and diet modification. It is important to know about Ritucharya explained in Ayurveda in context with different illness more elaborately.
