. Abstract Pranayama is very helpful for people in maintaining good physical and mental health. Inspiration, expiration, and retention of breath can all be controlled with the aid of pranayama. Breathing methods and patterns are frequently recommended for unwinding, managing stress, and controlling physiological states.
