PESTICIDE EXPOSURE AND ITS CONSEQUENCE IN CHILDREN

. Abstract Pesticide is chemical compound and used in agriculture to protect the crop from disease, attack of insect, weeds, various pest. Pesticide is of many types according to their action or type the organism for which they are to be used. Pesticide can affect in acute as well as chronic way. In Acute toxicity, pesticide cause mainly dermatological symptoms such as stinging eyes, rashes, blisters, skin irritations and respiratory manifestation. In long term, pesticide exposure is linked with cancer, mental retardation, Alzheimer, Parkinson, infertility, birth defect. To prevent the effect of pesticide, some alternative should be used. Biopesticide can be used as alternative of synthetic pesticide. Dooshivishari Agad can be used in daily routine to prevent the effect of pesticide. Keywords: .
