Abstract

Several drug delivery system was used for administration of drug in human being but now a day’s Vesicular drug delivery system is a current discovery for increasing of patient compliance reduction adverse drug reaction and generation of various advantage liposomes are easily transport through skin and produce desirable effect for cure of disease. Liposomes are directly transfer from skin to vesicles and liposomes is not deeply penetrate into the skin and blood circulation. Transferosomes are composed for phospholipids and edge activator. Transferosomes reach through and capable for change membrane flexibility. and passing spontaneously. Niosomes are better antioxidant activity. Overall result of this review are Vesicular Drug Delivery System is better target for various drug formulation.
