Abstract
Passing on the self-genomic material to the next progeny is an
important aspect of life. For people who have a problem with this
transfer of genomic material feel stigmatized. Such problems are due
to infertility. There are certain reasons behind male infertility, amongst
them, azoospermia is a big and tedious one. Although there is currently
no effective treatment for this illness, Ayurvedic remedies frequently
show a noticeable improvement in semen characteristics. Here is the
presentation of a case, subject aged 32 years, having an initial sperm
count of 0 million/mL. Vajikarak aushadha was used to heal the
subject, but not before virechana karma. We employed chandraprabha
vati, ashwagnadha churna, shatavaari churna and shilajatvadi lauha as vajikarak aushadha
to help with sperm count. The medication was administered for the duration of 45 days.
When semen analysis was performed again after that time, it was found that the total sperm
count was 10.0 mil/mL. Here is a guideline of how we successfully handled a case of
azoospermia using Ayurvedic principles.
