Abstract
The review of the research ayurveda in general is used to signify a
healthy balance of the mind and body in an overall sensation of wellbeing
to describe the existence of positive health of stress in an
individual as exemplified by quality of life, Ayurveda, meditation,
yoga, physical exercise, and a balanced diet. On a physical, mental,
and emotional level, it is similar to a process of rejuvenation and
purification. The medical practices of Ayurveda date back more than
5000 years. The idea of mental stress disorders and how best to treat
them with Ayurveda are determined by this. The emphasis on
Ayurveda as a comprehensive approach with a focus on stress
reduction and mental health enhancement is stressed.
