RESPECTIVE ANALYTICAL STUDY OF ANORECTAL PATIENT IN RECENT

Abstract
A random assessment before during and after surgery of anorectal
patient since 1January 2019 till 27 June 2022, in which break in the
continuity of patient during covid Period (From may2021 to Jan 2022).
Following fact and finding were observed during their Ayurvedic
approach in the management of patient. The Shalya Tantra OPD &
IPD of anorectal (Guda roga) clinic. The data of 1300 patient, which is
segregated in to individual diagnosed disease of Bhagandar (fistula in-
Ano), Arsha (Piles) and Guda-Vidradhi. The data of Shalya Tantra
P.G. Department OPD& IPD since Feb.2019 to June2022. Almost
equal number of cases of anorectal disease like 55 cases of Arsha, 60
cases of Bhagandar, 35 cases of Fissure in ano, and rest left out cases
are of other diseases. The above data indicates the prevelance of
Bhagandar is more than that of prevalence of Arsha followed by anal fissure, Guda-vidradhi
and also other surgical disease like wound hydrocele, hernia most of the cases are middle
classes.
