HEALING THROUGH INTEGRATIVE THERAPEUTICS (AYURVEDA AND YOGA)- A CASE STUDY OF POST COVID-19 PATIENT WITH SELECTED SUBJECTIVE CRITERIA (SSC)

Abstract
Though covid-19 vaccine has shown to be effective and safe, but
researches, after the post covid-19 when the first dose was taken have
shown the findings of some complications. The common reported
symptoms are fever, chest discomfort, muscular pain, fatigue,
shortness of breath, joint pain, headache, cough, change in smell,
altered taste, and diarrhoea.[1],[2] This patient case history represents
with intermittent to severe chest pain radiating to back side, after
taking the first dosage of the vaccination and situation was worsen
with dairy and sugary foods. After going through modern objective
investigation, there was no significant finding found in concerned with
heart problem. The initial integrative protocol was designed on the
basis of subjective criteria to relieve the symptoms as earliest i.e.,
ayurvedic medicine, diet chart, yogic practice and counselling. Within four weeks, our
patient's most of the symptoms subsided. In the next visit, one aroma therapy (flower
fragrance) was also added in the protocol for preventive aspect. Patient was healed and happy
with this prescribed integrative protocol. In present era the integrative therapeutic approach is
more beneficial than the single way of treatment (AYUSH/Modern) for the healers.
