Abstract
In common laboratory conditions several microbial floras are present.
Basal culture conditions allow the growth of unknown and unwanted
microbes in the same environment. The experiment on targeted
microbes and methods can be useless if one or more microbes are
present in the environment and easily can contaminate your growth
media. We observed dominant microbial flora in the air environment
of laboratory conditions, for sterile environment, we need to have often
fumigation. The hygiene maintenance of laboratory is very important
to avoid microbial contaminations. Along with routine cleaning and
wiping, fumigations are essential once in a week or once in a month, to
maintain standard laboratory conditions. The microbes present in the environment are fast
growing such as Aspergillus or it can be viable for long time such spores of actinomycetes.
Sometimes contamination can be arising because of the spores of previous experiments or
molds which growing on exposed carbonaceous material and after maturation release their
spores in the environment.
